Heritage at Sportsman’s Park is a multipurpose venue with a layout that provides a blank canvas for any client to create their vision. With three different floors to choose from, Heritage has a place for everyone.
Heritage Beer Garden
Approximately 5,500 sq ft
Heritage Beer Garden (Level one) is a versatile space that is desirable by many. With easy access to our beer garden, patio, pergola, and great lawn— level one has it all. Included in the space is approximately 500 sq ft of lawn area that can be completed with cornhole, giant Jenga, and more. Level one has direct access to our restrooms and is handicap accessible. This level comes with the existing furniture and can accommodate 400 people reception style or up to 250 seated.
Level Two
Approximately 4,725 sq ft
Level two of Heritage is the perfect space for private dinners, happy hours, VIP parties, and more. This level comes as a blank canvas (no furniture) giving you the opportunity to transform the space into your vision. Level two is an open-aired floor plan with an attached roof. (7) Mounted televisions and ceiling fans are also available for usage. Bathrooms are close by and accessible via staircase or elevator. Level two accommodates 350 people reception style or up to 250 seated.
Level Three
Approximately 4,725 sq ft
Level three of Heritage is the ultimate rooftop vibe. Perfect for wedding reception dinners, sunset happy hours, product launch parties, and more, our rooftop level is anything but ordinary. This open-aired level comes as a blank canvas for you to be able to create any idealistic vision. Bathrooms are accessible via staircase or elevator. Level two accommodates 350 people reception style or up to 250 seated.
The Great Lawn
Approximately 200,000 sq ft
With 201,128 square feet of well-groomed green space surrounded by trees on three sides, The Great Lawn is the perfect location for festivals and large group events.
